I was told the order was delivered and when I called back to advise that the deliver was not received, I was told that the security code from the Credit Card was wrong. I again repeated the code and was told it still was wrong. However, this card is used frequently with no problems. However, this was not my problem with the experience. The problem was that I 1) the site had me change the billing address because the of the credit card (this I understand), however, the website took it upon itself to also change the delivery address, which I did not notice. So, the delivery was not received on Oct 1 when it should have been and when I called I was told it was delivered to the credit card address. My boss was not in on Thursday and Friday, so on Monday I apologized for the error and asked if he brought the office supplies. He was surprised and advise he also did not receive it. So, I call again and this time was told it was not delived because of the secure code. NOW WHY WAS I TOLD ON THING ONE TIME AND ANOTHER THE NEXT??? AT THIS POINT WHEN I WAS TOLD THE SECURE CODE WAS STILL NOT GOOD, I SAID CANCEL THE ORDER. Now, I have given my opinion, which of course will go in one ear or eye and out the other, but I will never shop office depot on line again.
