I appreciate the 15% discount coupon and free shipping for orders of $50 or more; however, I also qualified for a free gift of a Coby radio & CD player but was informed that it was not available at my location. This was somewhat of a disappointment.
I was terribly upset about the amount of packages for such a small order. 4 items all came in separate boxes, one was a set of 4 pens, one a set of pencils, and one a ream of paper which I felt the 3 items could have easily fit into one box. I was upset because my deliverly was left outside of the rear door. No one leaves package outside. Some one else could have came and took my products and I would have never known they were their. I ordered extra envelopes, but they were not included in the order. I thought they may come in a separate order, but have never arrived. At this point, I have finished addressing the envelopes that came with the cards, and no longer need the extra envelopes and would like a credit issued for the extras.
