my order was for a store pick up. when i got there the next morning, they couldn't find the order. took them 10mins to find order and then i had to wait for them to pull the order
I wanted to use the printer wireless. Employees were not educated enough - I am NOT able to be wireless with my internet connection - so the printer was a waste of money. Will keep anyway but will not trust your employees advice.
I was told the order was delivered and when I called back to advise that the deliver was not received, I was told that the security code from the Credit Card was wrong. I did not understand why the Memphis Office Depot did not have the following in stock: SMD 153 4G 5-1/4" Expansion-10 per box $24.99 HhEWC9352AN HP 22 Color Ink Cartridge-$17.99, these are pretty common items. Also, we were charged for delivery charge of $2.93 but should have been waived.
