The return policy is a joke because they wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee for something that was not even opened or used, they requested an unreasonable return time of 10 days, and in addition, I would have to pay my own insured shipping to get it back to them.

The shipping box for this Sony receiver had been previously opened and I was concerned about the contents. It allowed product to shift around and I decided to open and test product before I called to complain. It appears that the receiver is OK but the box should not have been opened before shipping.
Your site is not user friendly. I have purchased items on-line from dozens of vendors and they have never had a problem verifying my credit card info.
