my wife ordered Natures Bounty metapause formula 6 bottles, she used to be available to get it locally, but now it is not available, it is the only medication that has helped her with all the symtoms of metapause, she has tried all of them available. she paid extra to have the order shipped in three day time, because she was out. It took two weeks from when she placed the order, to receive it, so she suffered for two weeks with the symtoms and in the mean time calling to see what had happened to the order she was seven down to 1 in the que waiting over an hour then finially getting a message to say she could leave a message because you we're closed. How can a large company justify this kind of service? Not only do you owe my wife a refund difference on the shipping but an appoligy for the suffering she went through for two weeks because of your shipping mistake.
