After placing my order I received an email the next day stating that my order was ready to be shipped and I would recieve shipping information in the next email. I did not receive that next email until after the product arrived at my house more than 4 days later. I wasn't sure if the product had not been shipped or if it had and I just didn't get an email about it. I contacted customer service 4 days after receiving the email about my product being ready to be shipped, but they didn't respond until the day after I emailed them.
