I live in Australia and was very disappointed that the original shoes I ordered were too short but was most impressed with the assistance I got to exchange them ..the online chat was a great help. My exchange shoes arrived today and I am very happy with them

Only disappointment was with the shoe size. The shoes were tighter than any other size 14s that I have worn.

I ordered a waterproof shell from Sierra Trading Post. When I received it, I couldn't believe it. They sent a completely different item (different brand, different color, different size, etc.). When I emailed them, they said they had sold out of the item that I ordered and wasn't sure why I was sent something completely different. I returned it two... More

THE FIRST ORDER I PLACE NEVER ARRIVED, AND I REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT AND THAT ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET. IF THE ORDER HAD BEEN SHIPPED USPS, I SUSPECT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN HERE BY NOW AND THE SHIPPING RATE WOULD HAVE BEEN CHEAPER, SINCE MY ORDER IS A CLOTH HAT, IT COULD BE FOLDED FLAT AND SHIPPED IN AN ENVELOPE
