I bought a new computer and wasn't told me my computer didn't have a modem, I have dial up so I bought a modem compatable to my computer but Im having trouble installing it. I called the manufacturer and the technician couldn't help either.I might have gotten the wrong modem for my computer,I may have to return it. They do have excellent customer service though it takes a long time to connect to a live person.
