Your Customer Service has answered every question I had and satisfied my complaints. I have had no problems with my returns or exchanges. So far my experience with QVC has been excellent.
I ordered the steel necklace and mickey mouse ankle bracelet. The bracelet's clasp did not close securely and so I was afraid to keep it because I did not want to lose it if the clasp opened while wearing so I sent it back. I returned the product because I purchased it impulsively and did not really need it. The fault for that lies with me and not with the quality of the product or with QVC.
i received my order but no paperwork at all. i cannotreturn the item, i cannot exchange the item for the larger size glasses and i have no idea if my credit card was charged, how much was charged or anything. i finally found QVC phone number on the computer, contacted customer service and was told i will receive my paperwork. but as of today, 6-25-08...
