I ordered a Shure Microphone from TheNerds.net because it was the cheapest place and offered free shipping at the time. Long story short, if you can believe this, they sent me an EMPTY box! No lie. I was shipped an EMPTY box! I was sent a UPS brand box that had an EMPTY product box inside. I was shocked too, how could they send an empty box and not know it? It took over a month, the BBB and a credit card complaint to finally get a replacement sent to me. Now, they expect me to ship them the empty box back? Please, that was their mistake! The customer service was horrid, and did not get better until they realized that I had taken action. Emails and messages would go unanswered for a couple weeks, and then a short curt email would come my way saying "there is no way we shipped an empty box." Well, it happened. I would not recommend them at all!
