Overall it was a great experience. My only problem was they provided me with a tracking number to click on to track the shipment. The link drove me to the FedEx website and came up as an invalid number. After contacting customer service, they told me the tracking number was for UPS. Oops. I was able to track the shipment on UPS by copying and pasting the tracking number.
