Overall it was a great experience. My only problem was they provided me with a tracking number to click on to track the shipment. The link drove me to the FedEx website and came up as an invalid number. After contacting customer service, they told me the tracking number was for UPS. Oops. Their web site has a bug which alters shipping information without alerting the customer. Thus, the items I ordered were not sent to the correct address. I ordered a Mother's Day gift basket that was guaranteed to arrive on or before Mother's Day. It came on the Monday after. The customer service rep. said he would give me a %10 discount on my next order. Next order?? I don't think so! Don't trust Overstock.com.
