The shipping time for the flash drive was longer than I expected, but that was not a problem.

Somehow the city was wrong in the order. Was able to redirect part of order that was shipped Fed Ex, but was unable to do the same with the UPS shipped packages. I guess that UPS let USPS deliver them or something. I asked that the order be shipped to the correct address, but instead I get an email saying that they refunded my money. I was told that... More

I found no way to call for info on where my product was. There was a long delay before it shipped so that I was wondering what happened already. Then I received an email saying the product was sent out and a UPS tracking number, but the tracking number didn't seem to work. Great site. Usually the best or competitive prices. Tracking information through FedEx is a little devoid of information, but shipping dates are close to actual or conservative. Not very good at responding to e-mails and no telephone support for customer service. Is there really a customer service department?

Very nice competitive pricing, would love to see better navigation options, and ability to sort items by ones first sold by Buy.com with free shipping.

I placed my order of an in stock item 7 days later the order status is still order sent to warehouse. I then tried to cancel the order using the process outlined but buy.com cancellation process and was sent an email stating that the order could not be canceled unless I contacted another company.

Buy.com advertises that they offer PayPal as a payment method and I used it, just as I always have for Ebay purchases. However, I do not allow PayPal to deduct funds from my checking account and Buy.com cancelled my order because I am not "verified". My address matches the billing address on my credit card for both PayPal and Buy.com. PayPal once breached... More
