This order will be complete when I get my product rebate. I am concerned that Camera World was not listed on the rebate form but Ritz Camera is listed. Only time will tell if I have a rebate problem. Hopefully, there is no problem.
I ordered an item listed as "in stock" on the web site. After several days of no shipping info on-line, I contacted Camera World via on-line chat and found out the item was not in stock as well as no longer available from the manufacturer.
I have used Camera World in the past and have had very satisfactory results. I used it again and once more they proved that they are the "go to" company for my camera/video needs. Original order was cancelled, but Cust Help could not tell me why. I called and placed order and credit card was denied. After 3 more calls finally learned the reason was home phone I gave and that on credit card did not match. After that was corrected, things went better. Either the help desk personnel could not understand english or they had no clue...More
