They shipped a broken product. Returning it was an extreme hassle. After more than two weeks, no sign of a refund. Do yourself a favor - don't shop here!

I purchased 2 items recently, they took a while to actually ship my products and when I received them, one was correct the other was not. Ive been waiting to hear back from customer support for 3 days now. These guys seem to be very hit or miss, I wouldn't order here again, decent prices don't makeup for the lack of customer service/haste/accuracy. More
