I was disappointed that the shipping details only said "ground". I did not know what carrier would be delivering. Since I do not have U.S. Postal Service delivery available at my home, this inability to details was a bit frustrating for me.
Purchase price was great...just one thing "The packing was not the best" On delivery box was torn and items where shaking a bit, I hope all is well. The inner foam was broken on one side!
I would say that you must improve the knowledge of your customer representative. One of them put me on hold for 7 minutes and then dropped te line as he did not know the answer of my simple queation
My unit had already been Registered with Garmin in talking with Alfrado in customer service he had tech support contact me and told me what to do following their direction I was able to get my problem resolved with Garmin, and now my unit is registered.
Not that I wanted to return the product, but when I received the product, there was no information in the package about how to return the product if I had wanted to.
