The only issue I have is with the amount of time it took before my order was shipped. Once it was shipped it was easily tracked and on-time.

At the time this order was placed with us, it was communicated to the customer that it could possibly take up to 72 hours ship. The reason for this is because of orders that were coming in from 2 trade shows and it put us behind a few days.Normally, we try and ship EVERY shipment within 24 hours of receiving the order. 24-48 hours is what is communicated on our web site. If it will take longer than 72 hours to ship which is rare in our case, the customer is imediately notified.Please Note: Saturday and Sundays do not count as business days. The reason for this is because UPS does not operate on the week-ends.
