I looked all over the internet and in the local radio shacks for a the correct type of multi switch and could not find one. Your site told what your switch would do and took away the confusion I was having on what to get. Mike Patrick
Order was processed and shipped the same day I placed it. Received shipment in three days in good shape. Prices are also a plus. I rate A1 components with an A+.
For what I have purchased from A1, i had been trying to find the component for awhile. I was told about your web site and got on found what i needed and purchased. Thank you for haveing what i needed.
Some of my order was correct and some was not. I emailed them twice with no response. I called and received adequate help in resolving the issue. The correct item was then sent immediately but no email or tracking number was sent.
As soon as I wanted to return the product they were unresponsive. Their policy of only responding via email so it is "in writing" was very shady. The product was damaged, missing a piece, and not capable of supporting a satellite.
