Complete waste of my time. Filled out all the information, including credit card info...only to be told one hour later that the product was not available. If products are offered they should be available and inventory should be "Real Time". I've ordered literally hundreds of items from many different vendors on line and never had a bad experience until now. I understand back orders happen but telling me it is not and will not be available and not to offer a reasonable substitute is bogus. Never again will I do business with Zales.
