After I place my order you told that I have to contact you in order to finalize the order and gave a telephone number. I call and hold for more that an hour without any answer. I think that if I have to continue to call in order to get my order processed, forget it. Two days later I received an email that my order was shiped. I frankly don't understand, Why you taold to call? Why nobody answer the phone?
