items arrived on time but poorly packaged. not sure if techonweb or the carrier are to blame, but one box looked like it had been opened and dragged behind the delivery truck instead of being on the truck. item doesn't appear to be damaged though.

My only complaint is that the order status page said "shipped", but did not give any tracking info or estimated delivery date. I did receive an email with this info after I received the package, but this is a minor issue considering how quickly..

Not pleased having to go to FedEx office to sign for the package, because it took me over one hour to locate the office. I rather have my package shipped by UPS, because they allow me to sign on the door tag.
