There was one item in my order that ended up being out of stock, this caused my purchase to be below the amount for free delivery by under a dollar. I was charged for delivery, when I called and asked about it customer service was less than apologetic saying they would be unable to refund my delivery fee. This was the first time I ever encountered a problem with Office Depot.
