When you run a business and are trying to place an order it should not be mandatory to first complete a survey. that is what happened in my case. office Depot had the product i needed and could deliver when I needed it but my time was wasted trying to finalize the order. i don't want to go through that again so will order elsewhere. I ordered extra envelopes, but they were not included in the order. I thought they may come in a separate order, but have never arrived. At this point, I have finished addressing the envelopes that came with the cards, and no longer need the extra envelopes and would like a credit issued for the extras.

Problem was on-line free water offer didn't come with original shipment, and coupon cash off wasn't deducted from American Express charge. Received water, thank you. Will have to wait until AE invoice arrives to see if credited coupon. Cause could have been from my end, since my fax shares on line;line. Was interrupted during order several times.

percentage off and free merchandise coupons need to work with on line orders, when state that they can be used together.

Shipping charges entirely too much. Will definetly not purchase from catalog again. Two Cross ball point refills shipped in a box large enough to hold a typewriter.
