Full Review for NovaLightingStore.com

Nova Lighting was very good to work with. The problem was the supplier Crystorama. The item was back ordered and then Crystorama said the lamp came with the shades and Nova comfirmed this fact with Crystorama but when I received it there were no shades. Crystorama did not honor their agreement that the lamp did indeed come with the shades and I think they should have provided me with the shades. That is why I bought the lamp from this site. I wish Nova Light had gotten the name of the person at Crystorama who told them the shades were included but since they didn't they can't prove it . So Crystorama is playing dumb and won't provide the shades.
