Method of packing/ stacking of shipment resulted in some damage to product - two upright components were badly bent . Assembly would have been facilitated by diagram of assembled product or assembly instructions. Shipment was scheduled for deliveru on August 11 - based on shipper tlephone contact. Shipment arrived Ausust 15 without any notice.
