With one exception, everything was well packaged and exceeded expectations. The customer service was excellent in regards to my return, and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Everybody looks good when it all goes right, but you really find out what a company is about when something goes wrong. Lamps Plus rose to the occasion and I will be recommending them to anyone looking for quality lamps and service at a fair price. Major props for this company.
