I love the lamps, more than I thought I would. Your selection is great. Free shipping would be nice. Some of the other online lighting places offer it and some times it is the decision-making issue when I make online purchases / which I do quite frequently.

I contacted one of your reps to special an order from Minka Lavery. I called Minka lavery directly and the item does exist. So I called one of the local Lamps Plus and there rep is ordering the 2 lamps I need. I did not ever hear back from your on line rep.Other than that I am happy with the service. Dana

The web site has a bug which alters the shipping address for complicated addresses, but doesn't alert the consumer to this. I discovered the problem, reported it, and after 3 phone calls was able to get them to correct the address (or so I thought). Fedex order tracking leaves a lot to be desired. UPS tracking provides much better information. Lamps Plus should consider changing shipping companies

I want to be able to schedule delivery or arrange pick up of an item. The 2nd part of my order is scheduled for delivery on a day that is very inconvenient for me.

With one exception, everything was well packaged and exceeded expectations. The customer service was excellent in regards to my return, and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Got return authorization number from Customer Service...when returned item to store (North Hollywood) they didn't accept just the emailed RA response and called customer service as if they didn't believe us...they did not seem happy to accept the return...I am disappointed in that.
