when I returned a faulty printer, with the power cord and AC adaptor in error, I was forced to purchase them again. The exchange unit didnt not come with it, and i was told it was my fault. NOt at all happy
Purchased a computer for my husband, service was great in ordering the computer and was very easy to do over the internet. The only phone call I had to make was the order was not here when it was supose to be. It came 5 days later. But over all Dell has been great with any technical questions we have had. Dell on line is an excellent site I have purchased several items from them and have never been disappointed with my purchases.They are the go to site for me when purchasing computer equipment.
I liked the Dell website because it is easy to use. A few clicks and you are done! On the down side, it took almost one week to get my order...But I must say, the tracking system works great.
The options at Dell in my opinion for small business are geared toward what they want you to buy but not what you want to buy.It seems that they make it difficult to customize your on-line order unless you do not mind being steered towards what they want you to purchase.
I have not as yet ordered but have to the site several times and their reputation already preceeds them. Personal reasons why have not yet ordered but will in very near future.
