Generally my experience was good. However, Buy.com's return policy of refurbished products surprised me. Batteries of the product are not covered under their return policy. This allows them to potentially ship out refurbished products with batteries that have very poor capacities, such as the one in my order of a Sansa E250 mp3 player. The advertised usage of battery was 20 hours but I found my product had at most 10 hours of battery life.
