Sales person Chris contacted me about product change from what was ordered/visible on-line and ensured me by E-mail & phone that the replacement cordless phone battery WOULD work in my phone. Even agreed to additional shipping charges to receive sooner BUT took 5 days more to get in mail and absolutely incompatible battery. Unhappy that had to pay for return in INCORRECT item via Priority mail and STILL had to go purchase much needed battery from a local RadioShack for $19 bucks! Wasted too much time with this company and expect my complete REFUND to my credit card minus the original regular shipping fee. Also expect refund of the return/trackable shipping via USPS. Will not order from them again.
