Full Review for Brylane Home

I personally like Brylane Home but my last experience regarding a bedset I bought was not good. I called to inform the representative I received my package but it was missing sheets. The first response was it would take 6-8 weeks for me to get the sheets. The first response should have been, I am sorry for the inconvenience. Then I made the suggestion that a replacement of the entire order should be sent and then I can return the package. I did not feel I should have to wait 6-8 weeks to use my merchandise. Then I was told the item was 79.00 when it was on sale for 47.99. It was somewhat of a debate but I pointed out in the book and then the response was I see it. If I did not really want the merchandise, I would have cancelled the entire order. I tried to push it off as a bad day.
