Customer service by phone wasn't terribly helpful. Someone called me about my order, saying that I would have to arrange another method of payment, as the PayPal authorization was due to expire (merchandise not sent >1 month after order placed). It was very difficult to hear the person who called me about the order and we ended up getting disconnected. Waited a few minutes, expecting that they would be calling back. Nope. The number that showed in my caller ID got me a message saying that the number was no longer in service. Had to go to the website to find another customer service number. Called that number 5 times before connecting with a customer service rep and not getting cut off. Decided the order wasn't worth the extra hassle, since I could purchase the tshirt elsewhere and cancelled the order.
