Products are always great. Any returns or exchanges have gone smoothly in the past. I was very surprised by my last few orders. They seem to have taken much more time than usual. This last order was scheduled for delivery on July 8 according to Blairs tracking email, but it did not arrive until 3 days later. I was about to contact customer service, but waited a little longer. The only reason I was concerned was that it never showed any activity after July 4 on the order status tracking, but still showed a July 8 delivery. PS. The wreath did not specify online how big it is, I was very pleasantly surprised to find it 20" across.
