I use this store for store pickup purchases. I generally find what I am looking for, but do not buy items that are very expensive because of the sales tax. I have consistently found that the products that I have ordered have been available and ready when I arrived to pick up. I have found the customer service staff difficult and bureaucratic if any part of the transaction was beyond normal.
