You guys are busting my chops to fill out this evaluation and yet I still have not received the main item I purchased. Here is the run down of the goof ups so far. First, I ordered a medicine cabinet and selected the chrome lens caps. Then I was told my order would be shipped and I waited and waited. Then 1 brass lens cap came! The next day 4 chrome lens caps came (yeah!). Then when I called to report that the problem with lens caps was resolved and found out that my order was complete! So, at that point I being charged approx. $390 for 4 chrome lens caps and 1 brass lens cap. So, the customer service rep had to reorder my medicine cabinet. I hope I get it cause it is a discontinued item and I already roughed out my studs for it based on its dimensions. I feel the issue will be resolved but it has not gone smoothly.
