i know that i will get a replacement soon, but it seems alittle hard to communicate with send a frame, i have sent 2 email that no one has responsed to...i am waiting to to see if they response on tuesday because of the holiday

The back of frame is not so sturdy and is a little flimsy.

Service very good. A little concerned that the engraving may flake. Some silver residue comes loose.

When placing my order - I could not tell if the cards had envelopes with them - had I known that the cards had envelopes with them I would not have ordered the envelopes.
