ORDER WAS ON BACKORDER, SHOULD HAVE STATED THAT BEFORE PROVIDING CREDIT CARD INFO. HAD TO CALL TO CANCEL ORDER.

I just would like to received the invoice with the merchandize, as I pay by Visa. I keep them for Income Tax.

They said it was medical grade and it is not...I am a nurse and was replacing one on a clients bed that I purchased Three years ago from another company. The one I replaced still had better support than the new one I ordered.

The item received will meet my requirements but when freight is added it is overpriced. Because of its size it could have been mailed for much less.
