The merchandise I ordered has never been delivered. How do I talk to a customer representative to resolve this problem. The merchandise has asways been satisfactory. Let me know what day it was supposed to have been delivered and what carrier you use.

I discovered AWC a few months ago & fell in love with their products. I received the first few orders right away but this last one was TERRIBLY slow; ordered the stuff on 7Aug & still waiting on at least one item. (Today is 3Sep)

have not received the item that was supposedly backordered to 8/27. have not received an email that it was shipped

To date, I have not received my order placed on August 11. If it is out of stock or there is a shipping problem: fine, but I'd just like to know. I'd appreciate an email telling me just exactly what the status is on the order.

I have called several times and each time I recieved a different answer as to why there has been no movemnet on my order,ie working on it, out of stock finally through on-line chat I was told that the warehouse was being relocated and the order would not ship until 8/25
