I asked Garden Winds where I could find a certain gazebo cover and they let me know how and where to find them. They were delivered two days ahead of schedule.
I am waiting on a refund of the returned item and have not received it yet. I do not know how long it take. I returned it with a tracking # and know they have received the item well over a week ago.
The product was not worth what I paid for it. The Adapter stays for the pole and Battery pack were worthless. The " Button strips" were also cheap and not easy to use. The shipping costs were outrageous.
I wanted the dark green top with the side curtins, but you were out of stock so I just ordered the top with out the sides. The light colors get to dirty here on the east coast, but that was all you had with side curtins.
