I had planned on contacting the Pearl Outlet....John. The pearls are beautiful but have a hard time opening the clasp. Would you kindly advise how to do it? Do not want to break them.

They stated that I was offered free shipping which was one of the reasons I perchesed the item, then when the item was shipped theer was a note saying that the item didn't get free shipping. This put the price up a lot!!!
