I bought a wood stove from you, and I contacted customer service and told them I did not receive the front plate ad the back plate for my wood stove that I bought from them, they took the information down and I have'nmt heard from them yet?
The diameter of fire pit could not be definitely determined, prior to purchase. 2 individuals had different info on diameter. When unit arrived, neither dimension was correct.
Tracking of my order should be easier. Autogenerated e-mails would be a plus...especially if the item is on backorder etc. I am still waiting for one item, and do not have status of when it will ship.
