from physical appearance of the product, I have a feeling it will met the purpose it was purchased for. Since it has not been installed, it is impossible to give accurate assessment of its performance.

I got waht I was looking for. There was only one type of waffle stick maker available; no other shipping options were presented to me - other than express. It took about 10 days to 2 weeks from the time I placed my order for it to arrive. However, over-all, I am satisfied with my experience.

The items I purchased were not the items delivered. It is frustrating because the shipping costs were terribly high, but this is the only place I've seen the product I've needed. (Which I still don't have.) It sounds like the return process is going to be a pain in the neck.

I think the price for the very specialized air conditioner, one that fits in casement windows, was excellent. And the cost of shipping was very reasonable.

It was a little disappointing that the manufacturer was out of stock and had to wait for new production to ship item. But, the delay did not cause any problem.

You guys are busting my chops to fill out this evaluation and yet I still have not received the main item I purchased. Here is the run down of the goof ups so far. Received plates that were broken. Contacted customer support and was told that I would be contacted as to what to do about replacements. After several weeks they have not contacted me but I have made further calls with no resolution. Poor service after the sale.

They make it impossible to cancel an order, though they claim they allow it. Because they have no means for canceling orders outside of their limited business hours, it is impossible to cancel orders that are shipped before they open for business.
