by Online Shopper, Aug 16, 2008 going to the site i was told there would be a 10% discount on my order or i would be able to receive a free case of paper. my order was $511.42 and i received neither. i was contacted by custoner service, as a follow up, the next week, asking if everything was OK. when i told her my problem she said "thank you". most of the conversation i do not... But there are some products such as cartridges for some labelers that I do still buy from them. I find their site a little more cumbersome to find things but their delivery service and shipping charges are in line with Staples. Would you like to respond?
