by Online Shopper, Aug 18, 2008 My orders are shipped via UPS, they always arrive 1-2 days later than stated when I place my order. Example: My last order should have been received on Monday, I received it on Wednesday via UPS. My orders are shipped out of St. Joseph Missouri (40 miles away) I have an office depot in Liberty less than 20 miles away. Would you like to respond? IT SEEMS THAT A PERSON WHO DID NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY AND NO LONGER IS EMPLOYED AT BETHANY MFG MADE CHANGES TO OUR ACCOUNT THAT OBVIOUSLY CANNOT BE DISCARDED Would you like to respond?
