I love your jewelry and service. I just took a look at Kay's and King's Jewelers web sites and was not impressed at all with their sites, their jewelry, or their prices. Just confirmed that I made the right choice with Zales.

I contacted customer service and the first and second time, i didn't get any thorough help, the third time the representative was very helpful and suggested many solutions to my problems.

zales has done an excellent job in knowing and helping me to make appropriate purchases. I find their staff wonderful and cant wait until I need another piece of jewerly as I loved working with them.

Complete waste of my time. Filled out all the information, including credit card info...only to be told one hour later that the product was not available. If products are offered they should be available and inventory should be "Real Time". I've ordered literally hundreds of items from many different vendors on line and never had a bad experience... More

When I purchased the ring, there was no option for ring size. So we had to do the sizing seperately. Other than that everything was great!
