I was billed for a product that was not shipped. The merchant should never bill your card until the product ships and on top of that I am still waiting for my credit card to be credited; Barebabies did not know how long it would take.

I placed an order on 8/2/2008 and still have not recieved it on 8/30/2008. I have recieved no information as to why it is taking so long for my order to arrive and no tracking or order status information which is supposed to be available on the web site.

I received my product 18 days after I ordered it which seemed like quite a wait. I emailed customer service to check the status and was told that I would receive a tracking number and the package within a few days. If this product needed to be ordered and required more time, I would have liked a notification email that it would be a longer wait than... More

The product is awesome, the price excellent. Tracking after I ordered was none existent however when the product didn't arrive when it was expected, I called and emailed the company and was immediately answered.
