It took more than 2 weeks from date of order to receive items although they should have been delivered in 5 days. Also 1 item was not received - had I known it was unavailable I would have ordered another product. I wish I had been advised.

Placed order never received confirmation, was informed after i sent email that order was never placed, contacted via phone order was placed no explanation for discrepencies, order came from hong kong takes much longer to get here. my work schedule allows minimal ability to get to post office, never informed could request order come from U.S. not Honk...
