The product was delivered on time, but not all of the necessary parts were with the delivery. I am still waiting for those parts.

I received one piece of my order and it was defective/customer service responded quickly and re-ordered the item and sent a send back label for my convenience

The items I have ordered recently were delivered so promptly, I didn't expect to receive them so soon. I am extremly pleased with the craftsmanship of the items. I would recommend Wind and Weather to any-one I know.
