I ordered this sink on Sept. 18th and still have not received it or tracking information. Very poor customer service.

I ordered the item (kitchen faucet) on Aug 22, 2008 but did not receive it until Sep 29, 2008. I think this is an excessive amount of time. Additionally, my credit card was charged and finance charges started building on Aug 22 for an item that I did not receive until Sep 29. This is my mind is unacceptable.

the prod was avlble immdtly 4 or a $70 fee but on backord 4 the reg ship price.this was told aftr the ord was placed.not impressed w/the ship serv.only 1 person there (brian) was quick to contact with info-otherwise the cust serv was quite poor.

Didn't get an email about shipping, so I called and was told it was backordered.Someone should have contacted me, rather than me having to contact the company. No one called me back about quick ship options either.still haven't been refunded my money yet.

My only concern was that I was told that I would be notified when my faucet shipped and I was not. I had to call to find out it had shipped. It arrived on time and is beautiful.

The staff could not assist with additional parts needed for faucet installation I had to call Grohe myself . Also the explanation of the products is not correct . The product was listed as chrome when in fact it is PLASTIC . I was disappointed

Not clear communication with BAX Global delivery - they had a mistake in the delivery address (they had 5530, and should be 5503). But delivery driver and manager called to fix the mistake.
