I am disatisfied that 1 of the 3 items I ordered was cancelled and I was never informed of that issue. I had to call in to find out that (a) they didn't have the units I ordered in stock, and (b) I would have to create a new order to get the units.
I sent both SOYO, monitor's manufacturer, and seller PCConnection same question about unit I purchased. SOYO answer<3 hours. DAYS later no acknowledgement, let alone answer, from PCConnection! Very unsatisfactory customer service from seller.
Part of my order, the insignificant part was received in a timely manner. The memory that I purchased has still not shipped and I received no communications about it until I requested info 2 weeks after the order was placed.
